How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 3–7 business days. During seasonal launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international shipping is available. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Are your items handmade or printed on demand?
Some items are handmade or carefully curated by me, while others are printed on demand and shipped directly from my production partners. Each product description notes which type it is.
Because of this, items from the same order may sometimes ship separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because most items are made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.
What if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a print issue?
If your item arrives damaged or with a visible quality issue, please email me with clear photos and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are made to order, I don’t accept general returns or size-based returns. However, if there is a defect or error, I will absolutely make it right.
Are ritual or spiritual items a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health care?
No. All ritual and spiritual offerings are intended for personal reflection, symbolic use, and spiritual practice only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or professional care.
Are your ritual boxes or offerings religious?
No. They are spiritual, symbolic, and reflective in nature, and are meant to support personal practice, mindfulness, intention-setting, and connection — not to replace or conflict with any belief system.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes — many items make beautiful gifts. You’re welcome to ship items directly to a recipient.
