The Stillroom · How This Space Works

The Stillroom runs on the same rhythm as the newsletter — the lunar cycle. Each New Moon, a new issue of Reflections from the Evermore Path publishes, and a new set of Stillroom content goes up alongside it. The newsletter gives you the overview. The Stillroom gives you the depth.

    The Three Pillars

    🌿 The Herb Grimoire

One herb per cycle, written as a full monograph. Not the quick reference — the whole thing.

Traditional and folkloric use, energetics, taste, primary actions and body systems, every preparation method with ratios and instructions, dosage, contraindications, and the deeper history of the plant. These documents are meant to be kept and returned to over seasons. The herb is chosen to match what is growing, what is in its harvest window, what the land is actually offering right now. You will not find hawthorn in January. You will find it in May, when it is flowering, because that is when it matters.

    ✦ Sky Watch

The full cycle breakdown for the lunar month ahead.

Each key transit gets its own section — what it is, what it means in practical terms, working recommendations for that energy, and journal prompts to move through it intentionally. This is not sun-sign astrology. It is a working framework for moving through the month with awareness: knowing where the pressure is building, what is supported, and what the cycle is asking you to examine.

The newsletter calendar shows you the dates. The Stillroom shows you what to do with them.

    ⚠ Pasture Watch

Full safety monographs on plants of concern — primarily what is in season and present in North Alabama, though the information applies broadly across similar climates.

Complete field identification with look-alike comparisons. Full toxicology. Livestock symptoms by species. Emergency protocols. Land management and removal guidance. These are the documents to read before something goes wrong. Save them. Print them if you are the kind of person who prints things. Know what poison hemlock looks like before May, not during it.

    The Discord Community

The community lives at discord.gg/ucDa4n8nua. Three channels correspond to the three pillars: #herb-grimoire, #sky-watch, and #pasture-safety. Bring your questions, your harvest photos, your field ID uncertainties, your transit observations, your opinions about the Full Moon. This is where the conversation goes when the content ends.

I am in Discord through the cycle. Not as a scheduled appearance — just present, doing the work alongside you.

    The Rhythm

New Moon — Newsletter publishes. Stillroom content goes up. New cycle begins.

Through the cycle — Discord is active. Questions get answered. The work continues.

Next New Moon — We do it again.

That is the whole structure. There is no complicated onboarding, no hidden tiers, no content buried behind additional steps. You are here, the content is here, and the community is one click away.

The monographs are written to be kept, not consumed once and forgotten. Read them slowly. Come back when the herb is back in season or the transit comes around again. The Herb Grimoire you read in May belongs on a shelf you can reach in October.

Welcome to the inside of the house.

The first cycle is open. The content is up. Come inside.
